Empure® KS 110 Is a medium or high-viscous cook up starch with a short to medium long, creamy texture, a neutral taste and add body to the mouthfeel. It has excellent shiny appearance. On the top that it has excellent viscosity and storage stability in acidic or salty solutions as well as reduced tendency to retrograde or syneresis under cool conditions. It can be used as excellent binding and thickening agent in soups and sauces, semi-preserved foods, mayonnaise, ketchup, liquid products as well as in snacks and catering systems. It is also used in milk products. It supports food products to enhance taste.
