FOAMER / MEGGLITE
MEGGLITE products are spray-dried coffee whiteners, based on vegetable fats in various types and fat contents. These products provide a full-bodied taste and are suitable through its free flowability and further characteristics for various applications. Typical characteristics of MEGGLITE's: good whitening power, very stable emulsion, stable against oxidation, low content of free fat, good solubility. Usage in: vending machines, customized blends, sachets (sticks) and glasses.
Our Cappuccino FOAMER is based on vegetable fat. It has excellent foam stability and outstanding taste. Cappuccino foamers provide a first-class foam volume and stability, high emulsion stability, oxidation stability and a low free-fat content.
