Galacid prodough adagio f is a natural leavening system specially designed for bakery applications. It is made of natural l (+) lactic acid obtained by fermentation. It is formed of small white crystals and displays very good flowability. Identification - pure solution of lactic acid when dissolved in water. Appearance: white crystals. Odor: almost odorless. Taste: mild acid. Storage conditions: dry, well ventilated room, once the package is opened; the product should be consumed within a day. Shelf-life: 12 months
