Gelbzucker (yellow sugar)

Product description

Gelbzucker is extracted from sugar beet sucrose, which still contains remnants of syrup. The sugar gets its yellowish colour from the syrup rests and the characteristic taste. Applications: yellow sugar is preferably used because of its special taste for brown baked goods (such as gingerbread or similar). Packaging: Available in 50 kg bag.
