Grated chocolate in three different variants. White grated chocolate for decorating or improving ice-cream specialties and for fancy pastries, cakes, chocolates, desserts and sweet dishes. Our dark grated chocolate is available in rough-grated and fine-grated quality. Both are used in cakes, biscuits, for decoration, ice-cream specialties and confectionery.
