High oleic safflower oil

The high oleic safflower oil is obtained from a natural, hybrid seed and then pressed carefully refined. The fatty acid composition of this oil is similar to olive oil (oleic acid) but with a mild flavor. Nutritional benefits: its high levels of oleic acid to provide you safflower oil stability and long shelf life; the consumption of monounsaturated acids can improve the ratio of hdl (good cholesterol) to ldl (bad cholesterol) promoting health benefits and preventing cardiovascular diseases.
