Honey Powder

Product description

Honey powder is made out of liquid honey. The honey is standardized, purified, pasteurised and consequently spray dried on maltodextrin. This spray dried powder has a typical sweet honey flavour and -smell, and is therefore popular as a natural sweetening agent. Honey powder contains single sacharides like dextrose, fructose and sucrose. Besides these it contains oligo sacharides, vitamins and minerals. Applications: bakery products, sport nutrition and infant formula.
