Our Lyfe®, Engevita®, Lake States®, Toravita®, Bakon® and Lalvita™ (baker’s and brewer’s yeast) complement one another to help you create savory recipes with the taste and texture you require. Choose the best natural and healthy yeast-based savory ingredient to achieve your flavor base, taste intensity, and particular flavor notes in your cheese, dairy, meat, poultry, sauces, dips, or vegetable applications. Inactive yeast and autolyzed yeast will support the achievement of the desired texture. Our yeast natural ingredients are great tools for flavor houses and plant-based food developers to modulate the perception of vegetable origin undesired notes.
Lallemand Health Ingredients produces value-added whole food fermented ingredients for use in dietary supplements and functional foods. Lalmin® vitamin and mineral yeast products are suitable for tablets, capsules and food fortification. Engevita® premium whole cell nutritional yeast is a tasty way to add nutrition directly to foods or in recipes. Gastro-AD® is a fermented soy which naturally corrects stomach acid imbalance, relieving discomfort from acid reflux and other gastric distress. Yesto-Seal® and Lalvita™ are brewers and primary yeast products designed for tableting and preparation of other supplement forms.
