Product description

Jungbunzlauer International AG offers a wide variety of products which includes LIQUINAT® - liquid citric acid. It is citric acid (E-Number E330, CAS-No. 77-92-9) in liquid form, produced by a microbial fermentation of a carbohydrate substrate. It is widely used as acid and pH-control agent in foods, beverages and pharmaceuticals. It is strongly acidic but non-toxic and environmentally safe. It is fully biodegradable and can be disposed with normal sewage after neutralisation according to local legislation. Applications: food, beverages, personal care, cleaners & detergents, industrial applications, healthcare, feed & pet food.
