Product description

Maisita 21.000 corn starch is produced from specially cultivated corn by means of an up-to-date refining process. In aqueous systems, maisita 21.000 native corn starch gelatinizes at a temperature of approx. 80°c and forms a high viscous paste. After cooling down this paste congeals into a smooth short-structured gel: the typical maize starch pudding. Appearance: white to off-white powder. Odour, taste: pure, specific. Applications: pudding and dessert creams, soups and sauces, ready to eat dishes (canned, deep frozen products), fine food (mayonnaise, dressings), fine pastry, confectionery (gums and jellies). Packaging: Available in silo trucks, multiwall paper-bags of 25 kg (1 eu-pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg), paper-bags of 10 kg (1 eu-pallet = 60 bags = 600 kg) and big bag of 800kg & 500kg.
