Product description

Maisita 21.007 is a pure native waxy corn starch which contains (in contrary to conventional corn starch) almost exclusively amylopectin. Appearance: white to yellowish, floury powder. Odour, taste: pure, specific. Aqueous cook-up solutions of maisita 21.007 yield high-viscous, clear pastes which do not tend to thickening. Pastes made from maisita 21.007 have high freeze/thaw-stability. It is mainly used as a thickener for: deep frozen products, crèmes, cold fruit cups, milk products. Due to its special thickening properties, it is well suitable for the use in bakeries, diatetic and baby-food products (soups, sauces and other powdered food stuffs). Packaging: Available in big bag of 1000 kg and multiwall paper-bags of 25 kg (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg).
