Product description

Maisita 21.052 is produced by mashing, washing and drying of organic corn. This corn starch has been dehydrated to a moisture content of max. 6.0 %. Appearance: white to yellowish, floury powder. Odour, taste: pure, specific. Due to the low moisture content maisita 21.052 is hygroscopic and therefore it can be used as water absorbent in dry blendings. Applications: dehydrated soups and sauces, powdered sugar, shredded cheese. Packaging: multiply paper-bags of 25 kg (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg).
