D' Orsogna Dolciaria provides wide range of products which includes meringue. It is traditionally obtained by mounting snow egg whites and sugar. It is available in variety of colours and flavours such as fruits and hazelnut. Its straw is with diameter of 8-10mm up to 30 mm, but grains of small and large, characterize the shapes. A special version uses free range eggs and for those who cannot use their own eggs, there are recipes are egg free, mounted with milk proteins. Contact us for more information.
