Category: Dry milk products. Milk protein concentrate is made from fresh pasteurized skim milk using a low-heat membrane filtration process to ensure that protein is undenatured and remains highly nutritional. MPC is characterized by a creamy white colour and clean, light, milky flavor. It also has excellent solubility and emulsifying properties. Furthermore it is heat stable, even at ultra-high temperatures, which makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, e.g.: stabilisation of yoghurt and ice cream, protein enrichment in sports nutrition and weight-management foods, replacement of casein and whey protein in cheese and usage in baked goods.
