Founded in 1832 in Kyoto, Japan, Nagase has become a global company servicing the food and beverage industry. Nagase strives to offer unique ingredients by combining its manufacturing and distributing functions within the group, including TREHA, a multifunctional disaccharide trehalose with benefits of freshness, flavor and texture; PULLULAN, a natural polysaccharide with excellent film-forming ability; SUNMALT-S, a high purity maltose; and SPECIALTY ENZYMES for yeast extracts, bakery and meat industry. This year, our novel product of high maltotetraose syrup “G4 SYRUP” will be introduced at Discovery Theatre at 1330 on 28th.
