Product description

Frujo offers non fruit components such as vanilla, chocolate, egg-liqueur, coffee. Multi-flavor components (nugget-biscuit, honey- nuts, brandy-snap). Components without spores, with low dry matter and neutral pH value ensure the safety of the aseptic application mostly in bicameral jars (milk-rice and semolina, puddings and milk-cream layered desserts). Our specialties made from various proportions of milk, butter and sugar are caramels and toffee caramels, created by a controlled technology of reactive aromatic substances.
