Ohly® BFT is a yeast extract that adds a roasted flavour and meat impression to food applications. In addition it provides an increase in the overall flavour impact of the system and umami. Ohly® BFT is produced using only natural ingredients and is a slightly granular, free flowing, water soluble powder. Applications: Meat products, sauces and gravies as well as dry seasonings and seasoning compounds. Usage levels range from 0.1 to 1.0 % on an as consumed basis. In seasoning compounds the dosage may go up to 20.0 %.
