Ohly® FLAV-R-MAX is designed to be a very effective, it is increasingly the overall flavour perception for a wide range of food applications. This product contains a high natural 5´-GMP and 5´-IMP level. Nucleotides are extracted from specifically primary grown bakers´ yeast by a carefully controlled enzymatic process. The presence of further free amino acids derived from the yeast leads to additional synergistic effects. Applications: Product can be applied in many different types of savoury foods to modulate and strengthen the flavouring. Usage levels start at 0.01 % on an as consumed basis. It can also be used as salt replacer.
