Ohly® MXV has been designed in order to replace meat extract on a 1:1 ratio. It imparts a pleasant and intensive meat character. The yeast extract improves especially the taste of meat emulsions. Ohly® MXV is available in paste form or soft to highly viscous consistency. Applications: Soups, sauces, gravies and ready-to-serve dishes. Widely recommended for meat products and meat emulsions in general. The usage levels range from 0.1 to 1.0 % up to 25 % in premixes.
