Oleoresin is the extract of the respective raw spice. The extraction is made by using hexane, methanol and other solvents. Those solvents are removed after extraction in compliance with the residual solvent directives of the German and European food law. There are two groups of Oleoresins with different solubility characteristics availabel. One of them is water-solulble, the other one soluble in oil. Origin: Oleoresins are mainly produced in the countries of origin through by extraction of the raw spices. Raw spices could be: black pepper, paprika, capsicum, mainly cultivated in India. Components: Components of the Oleoresins are the colorants, flavourings and the fragrances of each raw spice. The intensity can be adjusted according to the requirements of our customers. Packaging: As per customers' requirements (1 kg bottles to 180 kg drums). Application: Enhancer or colouring in the sweet and food industry, partly also in the pharmaceutical industry.
