PP80 P NOTA plasma protein as a multifunctional ingredient.
PP80 P NOTA is derived from pork blood, as such derived from animals which have been declared fir for human consumption by ante- and post mortem inspection. PP80 P NOTA is a functional protein with a high level of globular protein and a low content of fat. It has a water binding capacity of up to 1:20 and an emulsifying property of 1:20:20. The agglomerated particle size gives the protein very good soluble and free flowing properties.

Where to use PP80 P NOTA.
Standard plasma proteins are limited not in their applications but in their dosages because of the typical taste. PP80 P NOTA has been especially developed to offer a complete neutral taste and therefore to allow dosages up to 3% in the final meat product. The plasma taste has been neutralized with a special developed aroma and no influence on the functionality. The neutralized taste even allows to expand the product range also to high extended meat products and to replace phosphates, soja or conageenan.
