Protocell is a dietary fiber obtained by the soft alkali treatment of the defatted soy flour from the cores (inner parts) of the soy beans. This is a food ingredient which is in fact a byproduct of the soy protein isolate production. Protocell soy fiber is a protein polysaccharide complex which is able to work good both as a water binding agent, so as a fat emulsifier agent; these qualities are typical for soy fiber only). These features along with the high content of the dietary fibers and the status of the low calorie prebiotics allow using Protocell soy fiber in food industry as a functional neutral filler of the high nutritional value. Packing: Protocell soy fiber is packed in multilayer paper bags of 25kg net. The bags possess attached labels bearing information for the users in Russian and English. Storage: keep in dry and cool place at +25°? maximum and relative moisture 75% maximum. Shelf Life: Shell life of Protocell soy fiber is 24 months from the production date if kept in original undamaged bags.
