Quemina 21.503 is a special pregelatinized flour on wheat basis with excellent gelling capacity. Pregelatinized flours increase the quantity of water in the dough and improve the consistency of the dough and the freshness of the ready bakery product. Quemina 21.503 is used as pregelatinized flour especially when producing bread and bakery products. Appearance: light brown, fine-floury powder. Odour: specific, not rancid. Taste: specific, pure. Applications: due to the distinct wheat flavour quemina 21.503 is well suitable for brown bread as well as various types of whole-grain bread. Recommended formula: according to flour quality up to 5 % of the flour weight. Packaging: Available in multiply paper bags of 25 kg (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg)
