Quemina 21.505 is special pregelatinized flour on rye basis. Appearance: brown flour. Odour: specific, pure. Taste: specific, pure. Applications: due to the thermic pre-treatment, pregelatinized flours can swell in cold water and improve the water balance of the doughs and the freshness of the ready bakery products. As aromatic pregelatinized rye flour quemina 21.505 is well suitable for production of dark types of bread. Recommended formula: according to flour quality up to 5 % of the flour weight. Packaging: Available in multiply paper bags of 25 kg (1 pallet = 30 bags = 750 kg) and as loose in bilk trucks.
