Rice starch is a natural food ingredient that is easy to digest, neutral in flavor and hypoallergenic. Is GMO-free, which means it has not been genetically manipulated, and it is also gluten and allergen-free, and easily digested. The product range includes rice grown, cultivated and harvested in Italy as well as the so-called waxy rice starch from Thailand. Rice starch added to baked goods produces a delicate, crispy texture. Used in dairy products, such as fat-reduced yoghurt, it results in a soft, creamy product. Rice starch is used in the production of sweets to achieve very smooth and extra white surfaces in coated products. Packaging: 25 kg bags with PE liner.
