Fonterra (Europe) Cooperatie offers a wide variety of products which includes skim milk powder. It is manufactured by spray-drying fresh pasteurised skim milk. It has excellent solubility, a low fat content and a clean flavour. it is available in regular, instant, fortified and powders designed for use in specific applications. It is available as low, medium and high heat specifications which enables the selection of the most suitable heat stability for different applications. it provides a clean mild dairy flavour that enables flexibility in product formulation, i.e. manufacturers do not have limitations on flavouring options in order to mask the strong powder flavour. It is available in tailored specifications that provide desirable microbial and functional qualities for specific application, e.g. tailored specifications for recombined UHT milk.
