D' Orsogna Dolciaria provides wide range of products which includes sponge cakes, profiterols and egg based products. Fritters are prepared according to the old traditional way by cooking the dough. It has sizes ranging from 10 mm to microbigne puff of 18 mm with hazelnut cream filling, to large cream puffs filled with ice cream eggnog, rigorously prepared with the operation of the department creams confectionery.
