is the biggest and most professional TRANSGLUTAMINASE (TG) producer world-wide.
The company occupies an area of 60000 square meters, with automatic production
system, advance inspection, testing equipment and professional R&D
facilities and a complete quality control system. We start to produce and
promote our product Transglutaminase (TG) in 2007.
Our current production capacity is 5,000 tons per year and it will reach almost the double at the end of 2019 when the new production facility will be finished and operative.Our research and development staffs are composed of the most talented and experienced doctors and postgraduates of the food industries. In addition, Our R&D and QC staffs get trained regularly in some universities and professional institutions, such as SGS. We try our best to keep the team always abreast with the latest developments’ standard and advantage.Furthermore, we exchange our ideas with many famous overseas universities frequently such as University of California, University of Purdue and University of Surrey and also have established long-term cooperation with some domestic Universities such as Shanghai Jiaotong University, East China Normal University, Jiangnan University and Shanghai Aquatic University.

In order to better meet our customer’s requirements, our QC department keeps close watch on raw materials, semi-manufactured products and end products to ensure that we supply high and stable quality products together with technical assessment adapted to all our client’s individual needs.
In 2010, we opened an office in Shanghai, named Shanghai Dongsheng Bio-Tech Co., Ltd Which is responsible for overseas market development, we are looking forward to more extensive cooperation with companies worldwide.
