Tara gum (E-417) in powder obtained through a mechanical-physical process of Caesalpinia Spinoza (Molina) Kuntze seeds.It is mainly used as a thickener and stabilizer in the production of soups, juices and sauces such as ketchup and mustard; as a texture improver in baked goods for its ability to retain moisture and in the preparation of ice-creams production as it stabilizes the water and avoids the formation of ice.
