Paper: Vanilla custard with rice starch and Orafti® fibres.
The BENEO Technology Center executes extensive research on the performance of Orafti® chicory root fibres and specialty rice ingredients in a multitude of applications. Our experts are keen to share their insights upon request. Our naturally-sourced specialty rice ingredients, starches, flours and proteins live up to the highest food safety and quality standards. They improve creaminess in fat-reduced and low-fat dairy foods. Orafti® chicory root fibres also open doors to sugar and fat-reduced foods with a nutritional plus. They are highly soluble and have similar texturising properties as sucrose.
