Frujo offers toffee caramel and sugar dye. It is made in a controlled process with reacting aromatic substances. It is more popular and it is available in a variety of forms and consistencies for either aromatic flavouring or as a substantial input material for final products as well. Caramel – especially the milk variety (toffee caramel) is now more popular than ever before. It is applied in an incredibly wide range of food products as a flavoring agent and for visual and decorative purposes. Features of our caramel assortment are further characterized by its dry matter content – from microbiologically stable form only for aseptic filling technology (35 °brix) up to low water activity form (85°brix). Another important parameter of milk caramel is its content of milk or vegetable fat up to the rate of 25 %. Caramel products are successfully applied to deep-frozen creams, milk-rice, puddings and other dairy products and desserts, durable bakery products and confectionery.
