Chocolate topping is used for ice cream specialities, desserts, creams, shakes, yogurts and dessert glazings, for glazing tarts and pastries. Caramel topping is used for caramel puddings, crème caramel, ice cream specialities, desserts, creams, shakes & yogurts and the remaining fruit topping is used for crème caramel, ice cream specialities, desserts, creams, shakes, yogurts & dessert glazings. These toppings are available in liquid form. Packaging: 6 × 1 kg bottle. Shelf life - Chocolate, caramel and blueberry: 14 months, for rest of the topping it is 12 months.
