URC® pastes are available in a range of blending, filling, sheeting and FUD (Filling Ultra Dry) applications. The formulas can be custom made, adapted to your requirements in terms of fruit content, texture, viscosity, ingredient list and functionality. 

Benefits include: enables for premium product positioning, due to very high fruit content. Adds up to 100% fruit content to food products like cakes, nutritional bars and trending snack format such as bliss balls. Fruit paste can improve the taste profile of your snacks by replacing date- or fig-based formulas. 
Labelling benefit: allows 'portion of fruit' claims. Suitable for formed and extruded snacks. 

Also available in a range of brown flavours such as caramels, chocolate and honey. The URC Paste requires lower sugar and fat content than standard brown flavour products while ensuring excellent flavour delivery.
