It provides a pleasant melting and soft texture to chewy and whipped confectionery, thanks to its whipping and plastizing properties. It can also be used as a partial or total replacer for gelatin. It is 100% vegetable, a replacer of choice for gelatin and It is produced from non GMO raw material.
