Ingredients: Homogenised, pasteurised and refrigerated liquid whole egg. It is obtained exclusively from shelled hen eggs. Use: For choux dough, choux pastry and to get the best out of all confectionery creations. Content: 1000 g equivalent to approximately 20 shelled eggs. Storage: From 0°C to +4°C max.
