In 2003, BannerBio was founded with the idea of extracting bioactive components from botanicals for applications in health-related products. Over the past decade, We have grown into a thriving international business with headquarter and R&D center in Shenzhen China, manufacturing site in Heyuan China, and distribution center in Los Angeles, USA.
Our product categories have expanded from botanical extracts, to amino acids, carotenoids, vitamins, proteins, etc., and have gained tremendous reputations from customers from dietary supplements, food, beverage and personal care industries.
Our R&D center actively cooperates with universities and research institutions to explore the functionalities and applications of our products. The creation of platform technology - NanoEncaps®️ - provides international terminal manufacturers with a bioactive ingredient formulation that overcomes problems associated with instability, insolubility, reduced flow ability and bioavailability.
Our production site is around 545,364 sq.ft and has been NSF-cGMP, ISO22000 and SC certified. Over the years, we have formed our unique platform technology - ActXTract®️, a combinations of more energy-efficient botanical extraction methods compared to traditional methods. Besides producing our branded ingredients, we also provide OEM/ODM services to customers who are looking for botanical extracts, concentrates, granules, premixes, ect.
Our strategic project, Funotroph®, aims to create a next-generation biotech platform through which a combination of natural, sustainable and nutritious ingredients will be generated for use in meat alternatives, meal replacements, beverages, snacks, etc.
