About us

ANR-Probake is a leading manufacturer of nutritionally enriched baked goods in Europe. We are market leaders in innovation as we strive to develop new products to give the consumer greater choice.

Established in 2008 as a research and development led business and with over two decades of experience in the nutrition market, ANR realised that the market needed more than the bars and powders on offer. The first project was to develop a nutritional baked cookie with the aim to provide a texture and taste of an “unhealthy” cookie but with the added benefit of high protein and reduced fat and sugar. It took months of development to find the right blend of ingredients and thus, the world’s first 50% protein cookie was born.

The ProBake 50 Cookie was launched in 2009, in four delicious flavours: Double Chocolate, White Chocolate and Almond, Chocolate Orange and Chocolate Mint.
