Raw Material Part: Mature fruits of acerola, rich in active ingredients such as Vitamin C, flavonoids (e.g., rutin, quercetin), anthocyanins and various organic acids (e.g., citric acid, malic acid). Among them, the Vitamin C content is outstanding among natural fruits and vegetables.

Harvest Season: Harvested in batches throughout the year in tropical and subtropical regions. The optimal harvest period is when the fruits are fully mature with bright red or orange-red color, as the active ingredients in the fruits reach their peak accumulation and the product quality is optimal.
Solubility: Partially soluble in water, easily soluble in ethanol, insoluble in oil solvents
