Hopsteiner offers a wide range of brewing products which includes aroma extract. It belongs to light stable kettle hop products category. It is an enriched hop oil product produced from CO2 hop extract. It is virtually free of hop bitter acids. It can be added early to the kettle as an anti-foam or late in the boil to provide a distinct hop aroma to beer. It is a dark brown semisolid extract containing hop essential oils and waxes. Actual composition will vary according to hop variety.
