We produce starter cultures and covering cultures for traditional dry sausages (Saucisson sec, Rosette, Milano, Felino, Chorizo, Pepperoni, Danish salami, Debreceni, Lovecki, Kindzuk, Banatean, Sibiu, Lukanka, Cajna, Kulen, Syrokopchyonnye Kolbasy...), semi-fermented sausages (Carnati, Sujuk, Lap Cheong...), fresh sausages (Saucisse de Morteau, Breakfast Sausage, Mettwurst...), ground meat (Cevapcici, Mititei...), dry pieces of meat (Coppa, Pancetta, Lomo, Bacon...) and last but not least, cooked ham without added nitrates.
Our cultures can be used whether for pork or for beef or chicken recipes as we are Halal certified.
We work on export market through distributors and blenders for which we eagerly develop tailored-made products.
