CareGuar™

Caremoli offers a wide variety of products which includes CareGuar™. It is a line of highly functional gluten free ingredient premixes, produced in our certified state-of-the-art facilities in Italy. Each premix is designed for specific finished product application in pastas and baked goods. Physical properties: all natural; no bleaching agents or other chemicals are used in production, produced from a fully traceable supply chain, light off-white color, neutral taste, cold water soluble, shear thinning (pseudoplastic), stable between pH 4 – 10, synergistic gelling or thickening with xanthan gum, locust bean gum, alginates, agar and most cellulosics, low usage rate of 0.2 – 2.0%. Applications: salad dressings and sauces, diary products, bakery mixes, gluten free baked goods, pet foods and beverages. Ingredient declaration: guar gum, E412. Certificates: kosher, halal.
