Production Process:
1. Roasting of kibbled carob
2. Fine grinding
3. Sieving to 50 microns or a customised size
4. Packaging in food-grade bags from 500 g to 25 kg or big bags
Quality Parameters:
• Moisture < 8%
• Natural sugar ~80–85% (sucrose, glucose, fructose)
