Dicalcium phosphate odorless and tasteless, soluble in dilute hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, slightly soluble in water, insoluble in ethanol. The relative density is 2.32, stable with air, and starts to lose water to form calcium hydrogen phosphate at 75℃. Used in food industry as loosening agent, dough improver, buffer, nutrient supplement, stabilizer, emulsifier, stabilizer, etc.
