We are specialised in research, development, blending and marketing for the wheat-flour-bread-morning goods sector: flour correctors – quality; bread improvers – softness, crustiness, texture, flavour, etc.; premix speciality breads/morning goods – bread with cereals, seeds, taste, colour, etc.; technological and customising ingredients – gluten, enzymes, roasted cereals flours, devitalised sourdoughs, wheat germs, fibres, vitamins.

The firm now operates eight local subsidiaries around the world. Quality, security and traceability are our key points. Eurogerm gained ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 certifications.
