This enzyme has good heat resistance and acid resistance. It can degrade phytic acid into inositol or inositol phosphate and phosphoric acid, eliminate the anti-nutritional effect caused by the inability of animals to decompose phytic acid, improve the utilization of nutrients by the organism, and reduce environmental pollution from organic phosphorus.
