The company said that it continues to invest significantly to grow its capabilities in research and development for the savoury category around the world.

The opening follows the inauguration of MANE’s new centre of excellence in Vouvry, Switzerland, last month.

MANE said that “El Culinarium” provides a brand new and state of the art application space for its highly experienced team of flavourists, evaluators and applicators, led by Culinary Chef Clement Buvry, to work together with customers to design cutting-edge solutions for culinary, snacks and meat applications.

“El Culinarium” is located in MANE’s Lerma facility in Mexico and features a savoury application laboratory, a tasting room and a fully equipped professional kitchen.

The R&D centre is also equipped with a technology hall offering a variable layout since it can host various pilot-scale manufacturing machines to replicate as realistically as possible the production processes of the leaders of the food industry.
