Michroma is revolutionazing the way we produce ingredientes by using fungal biofactories and precision fermentation to produce the next generation of natural ingredients in a sustainable, cost-effective and scalable way.
Our first product is high-performance red colorant, pH and thermal stable, vegan, Kosher and Halal which we are prototyping with the top food and cosmetic companies all over the world. We have projects for orange and yellow colorants, mycoprotein, more colors like blue and green and flavors and fragrances produced by our powerful platform.
