Product description

The Pasta "Wellenband" are made from durum wheat semoilina which guarantees a very good consitensy after cook and chill. They are more al dente in comparison to pasta made from flour. They are pressed through bronze matrices, what makes a rougher Surface wherefore the sauce can stick better on the pasta.
