Polinacea®

Policacea® is standardized extract from the roots of Echinacea angustifolia that are cultivated in Indena’s plantations in Italy. These plants guarantee both a very high title on polysaccharide as well as any possible cross contamination between Echinacea species. It contains, a high molecular weight polysaccharide (IDN 5405), of ca. 20,000 Da. identified for the very first time in the E. angustifolia root alone by Indena and is standardized to be devoid of isobutylamides (≤0.1%).
