The raw material is carefully cleaned and selected “Indica” non-parboiled rice which is processed to flakes and after that milled. By means of prior heat treatment the product is hydrolysed. The product is according to the principles of “Clean Labelling”. It is suitable for Kosher and Halal food, for Ovo-lacto-vegetarians, Ovo-vegetarians, Lacto-vegetarians, Vegans and for people suffering from coeliac desease. It's gluten content is less 20ppm
